What you need
- In the begining of the project you need a "frameable" WebBrowser-as Netscape 2+
- ( we will change this in a later period)
- Open your Browser Fullscreen (17" or bigger would be great)
- You can scroll the frames as you like (and you should do this)
- it's a kind of slow scan chat - or a other possibilty of creating mindcrap conferencing
- the people in the frames are using the capability to "target" on each other and build so together a kind of parallel processing HyperMedia Tool.
