After Winnipeg we went to Arton's in Calgary where we were very well
taken care of by Marcella Bienvenue and Clive Robertson. We did a
Religion Canada service there that involved shooting a gun at a gong and
other miracles. For the radio show, Clive spent a long time trying to get
a local AM station to announce that he'd lost a sheep to no avail because
they wanted to know what kind of sheep he'd lost and he didn't know the
different kinds of sheep.

Also, for some technical reason we had to redo the Captian Bonnard and
Captain Lafarge and Carolyne in Space section of the show. Now because
there are always things coming up in live radio one never just relaxes
into doing just what's being done at the time. You're constantly
preparing for what's coming up - either by looking for the next script,
or the schedule, or record, or sound effect, or if your reading then
you're reading the line after the one your speaking to make sure you get
the right intonation, etc. So the audience hadn't realized that the BL&C
in Space section was extemporaneous and were a little surprised when
the second take was a completely different story.
