The map was created by picking companies in L.A. from the yellow pages.

I called them and asked them for the directions to their office. The destination they gave me was the virtual starting point for my next call. A great part of the calls was directed to automatic voice servers, they are mostly not yet included here.

The information I got was usually excellent, so it was surprisingly easy to connect the transcriptions into a comprehensive map. I tried to just use the provided verbal information, ignoring any knowledge of the place. The destinations are marked with red rings, the starting points are formed by the framed textboxes.
